Music Hall Esbjerg’s terms and conditions are described below
Entering into agreement
The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of the Danish law. The agreement is not binding for either party until Music Hall Esbjerg has registered the payment.
Delivery
Music Hall Esbjerg will send the tickets by e-mail or by regular mail as quickly as possible.
Payment
Tickets are on hold for 3 days, for which reason the payment must be registered no later than 3 days from the ticket reservation. Payment can be made with Dankort & Visa card. When paying with a payment card, the amount will be deducted on the same day tickets are sent. All communication between you and mhe.dk is encrypted. This ensures that no one else can see your payment card information. The payment card information is directly sent to PBS, and Music Hall Esbjerg does not keep a record of the payment card information.
Fees
Music Hall Esbjerg’s ticket operator, Billetten, charges a ticket fee of DKK 30 on all tickets. The fee covers administration of the ticket office, development of the booking system and of the website, payroll, etc. The ticket price displayed on the website, in the yearly program and so on includes the ticket fee.
All online bookings are charged an additional DKK 5 per total booking by Billetten.
Delivery and administration costs
Delivery and administration costs include VAT and other taxes. Denmark: DKK 35 per item of mail Other countries: DKK 35 per item of mail
Refund
Purchased tickets are only refunded in case of cancellation. Ticket fees are not refunded. In case of a cancellation, claims for refund should be directed at the responsible organizer. Ticket fees cannot be refunded regardless of the reason for cancelling.
Complaints
All types of complaints pertaining to the event itself should be directed at Music Hall Esbjerg by phone at +45 76 10 90 00 If you are unsatisfied with the ticket purchase in particular, please contact Music Hall Esbjerg’s ticket office immediately at +45 76 10 90 10 or at billet@mhe.dk.

Music Hall Esbjerg does not make any warranties with regards to the accuracy of the listed prices and has no liability in case of sold out events. Music Hall Esbjerg reserves the right to modify the seating allocation within the same ticket category and the right to move customers to a different ticket category in which case Music Hall Esbjerg will pay the customer any price differential.
